Why cant I log in?

It wont let make a new account on here. I had just gotten the app to talk to my friends out of my state and I cant because it wont allow me to make a account! I even tried bringing my old one back but it says theres nothing found on it.

Please help me I really want to stay in contact with my friends:(.
