When I was logged in it said it could not get my information but when i logged out and tried to log back in it said my password was invalid or that I was logged out I used ooVoo for a long time to talk to my sister or my boyfriend i noticed that Since the update sometimes the camera would freeze or I could not hear anything even though was not on mute either way I love the app but its so hard to talk to the people I care about sometimes the computer version seems to work fine when I logged in but then the same thing happens

Oovoo logged me out of the app and when I logged back in it said that it couldnt find my friends and nothing would load. I tried deleting the app and downloading it back again but it still didnt work. Very disappointed .

I have recent decided to redone load this app because many of my friends are deciding to use it. Now when I logged into my old account, it keeps signing me out. And this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I log back in, and Im sure you can imagine my frustration with this. So can you please find a way to solve this because I would love to talk to my friends!!!

the app used to be so amazing i used it a lot bc my friend had a samsung and i could ft her with this app! one day i saw the update and i just deleted the app its so confusing! i dont recommend getting this app

Just like trashy Snapchat now keeps crashing to cant even use it like I used to older version was fine why mess with it seriously its trash now !

This update is so bad I cant connect with my friends and I wish it was back to the way it used to be

The old OOVOO was just fine before the update. Now calls are always malfunctioning and the whole "loops" thing is so unnecessary. OOVOO is a chatting app, and thats what we like it for. Not this knock off social media

Terrible... Every time I try to oovoo my friends either one person cant hear the rest of the group or the group cant hear the one person. Another issue is how you sometimes get kicked out or reconnected. I like the concept but maybe a little bit more work.

I hate the update

I hate this app now after the update its so hard to use and i cant even find my friends list on here and then it keeps signing me out of my account everytime i login,just save your time and dont try bothering with this ridiculous app.

I used to use this app all the time, now that it is completely redone it defeats the purpose of me having it in the first place, it is way to complex, crashes continuously, logs me out, says I have 61 friends but apparently there is no one else on oovoo. Its just crap.

The new update is trash. You cant text, you send pictures to text. Its a try hard Snapchat. You cant be on a group call and text, its so stupid. Also, dont ever log out of your account. Once you do that your account is basically gone. You cant text, view, call anything.

I honestly hate the new update. It makes everything so much harder than it needs to be and I miss how it used to be. I was trying to screenshot a picture my friend sent to me but could I do it? No I couldnt cause of all the stuff in the way. You cant go back and look at old messages when you need to and I dont like the new layout. Its just way more complicated than it needs to be.

After this new update Im over ooVoo and switching to house party. The new update is to complicated I have no idea how to use it. Another app deleted☹️

Wanted to be more popular, so they turned it into a knock off of Snapchat. We used the app to video chat with a lot of people (who have different phones too) and that led version was perfectly fine. Now I cant even send a picture in a group message without taking a four second long video and sending it to someone with my face showing up in the background. Or figure out how to do a group chat I lost all of my pictures and videos and messages with people, and I dont even care about their Chains stuff that is basically just YouTube/viners/beauty gurus trying to show off. I cant even follow people???? I have to Friend them??? So if I wanted to follow anyone to see what theyre doing I have to wait and have them answer my friend request. Stupid.

I dont see the reason why they updated it. The old version was just fine this is a knockoff version off snapchat in some ways. ??????

The new update completely ruined the app. I downloaded it originally to be used as a messaging app (as its intended to be) and with the new update, messaging is way more difficult than it needs to be. It acts like a poor quality snapchat. My first and only conversation on oovoo was about finding a new app to use for messaging
